Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies across services
• Lead RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs for vendor engagement
• Perform market analysis to deliver value




• Negotiate high-value supplier contracts with legal input
• Monitor supplier performance through KPIs and initiatives

Requirements:
• 5 to 8 years in strategic sourcing or procurement
• Leadership experience of 3+ years
• Relevant designations such as SCMP or CIPS preferred
• Experience in mining or oil & gas is advantageous
• Robust ability to build stakeholder relationships
