In this full-time, on-site role in Logan Lake, BC, you will be responsible for planning and executing maintenance for the mobile fleet and facilities at Highland Valley Copper. Your extensive knowledge of mining practices and proactive safety measures will help you effectively manage maintenance resources and optimize operations. You'll be crucial in meeting production targets while fostering a culture of safety first.

Key Responsibilities:
• Promote a protected and efficient work environment
• Ensure compliance with maintenance processes




• Maximize equipment availability through predictive maintenance
• Collaborate with other teams on production goals
• Participate in departmental budget planning and monitoring

Requirements:
• 10 years of relevant mining experience
• A BSc. in Engineering or equivalent
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities
• Proficient in maintenance planning systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
