Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate quarterly project pipeline reviews aligned to business goals
• Lead Lean Six Sigma projects improving safety and quality




• Analyze processes to identify enhancement opportunities
• Prepare impact reports on project results and risks
• Coach project leaders throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in engineering, business, or science
• 1-2 years experience in process improvement
• Proficiency in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Experience with performance management dashboards
