Requirements
A valid driver’s license is required.
Must be able to handle multiline switchboard, emails, and work in a rapid‑paced, busy workplace.
Must be able to work all shifts, including evenings and graveyard shifts.

Responsibilities
Welcome and register guests upon arrival.
Provide outstanding guest service throughout their stay.
Settle guests’ accounts upon completion of their stay.
Drive the hotel shuttle to and from the airport and assist guests with loading and unloading luggage.
Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, cleaning public bathrooms, changing garbage, and other duties as assigned.
Multi‑task in a detail‑oriented manner and problem‑solve to effectively deal with internal and external customers.

Preferred Experience

Previous experience is an asset.
