Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily duties of lift operators
• Train team members on operational procedures




• Prepare operational reports for management review
• Address guest queries regarding resort activities
• Conduct general labor tasks including snow removal

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
• Must have advanced skiing/snowboarding skills
• Experience with snowmobiles and ATVs is an asset
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather
• Completion of the Lift 150 training course is a plus
