As a Lab Patient Technician at LifeLabs, your role will encompass patient interaction, specimen preparation, and testing procedures. This essential position requires reliable transportation and the ability to work adaptable shifts, including weekends. You will engage with patients, ensuring they understand the processes involved in their testing.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and gather necessary information from patients
• Perform phlebotomies and manage special collections
• Maintain effective communication with clients and follow up on inquiries




• Complete data entry for patient demographics accurately
• Prepare specimens appropriately for laboratory testing

Requirements:
• Graduate of a Laboratory Assistant program preferred
• Experience with phlebotomy and ECG is advantageous
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
• Empathy and problem-solving skills are essential
• Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality
