Reporting to the Associate General Counsel, you will advise on corporate matters impacting GreenShield’s operations and product development. Your role will include mitigating legal risks and maintaining regulatory compliance while drafting detailed commercial agreements. Collaborate with various stakeholders to support strategic initiatives and ensure efficient contract management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on corporate and regulatory legal matters
• Draft and review client and vendor agreements
• Manage the contract lifecycle effectively




• Assist in compliance with regulatory initiatives
• Provide support for claims and dispute resolutions

Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 to 5 years’ post-call experience
• Experience with technology-related agreements is preferred
• Strong negotiation and drafting skills
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities
• Bilingualism in French and English is an asset
