Under the direction of the Director of Facilities & Production, your primary responsibility will be to oversee production orders while ensuring that all equipment is well maintained. You will train personnel, address production concerns, and collaborate closely with other team members to meet company goals. Your commitment to quality is essential in achieving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Verify and prep materials for printing according to schedule
• Adjust screen printing machines for optimal performance
• Participate in production meetings and training sessions




• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
• Ensure all safety regulations are strictly followed

Requirements:
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Must lift up to 50lbs and work long hours on your feet
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation needed
• Current Criminal Record Check is required
• Experience with press-transfers is advantageous
