Ledcor is looking for a Health & Safety Advisor with 5+ years of pipeline industry experience. In this role, you will ensure compliance with safety management systems, conduct inspections, and assist in training employees on secure practices. Work closely with project managers and subcontractors to ensure a culture of safety throughout all phases of pipeline inspections and risk assessments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct safety inspections and manage safety equipment adequacy
• Advise on Ledcor's Health and Safety Management System




• Support the execution of incident investigations and audits
• Coordinate safety meetings and toolbox talks
• Monitor compliance with all project HS&E; plans

Requirements:
• At least 5 years of relevant pipeline industry experience
• Required certification in Occupational Health and Safety
• Exceptional communication and training skills
• Proficient in risk assessment and strategy development
• Flexibility for traveling to project sites
