In this essential role, you will utilize your hydraulic excavator expertise for earthworks, site development, and reclamation projects. Candidates must bring at least three years of operating experience along with necessary certifications. The position provides steady, year-round work and requires effective communication and teamwork as part of a larger operational effort.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute bulk excavation, trenching, and site preparation
• Utilize GPS for accurate material placement and grading
• Finish ditches, ponds,



and roads to specifications
• Log operational defects and carry out maintenance tasks
• Participate in safety inspections and toolbox talks

Requirements:
• 3+ years experience operating excavators
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license required
• CSTS-2020 or CSTS-09 certifications needed
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts in all weather
• Successful pre-access drug and alcohol test
