Join Side by Side Therapy as an Instructor Therapist, working part time to make a difference in Brampton. Support children with Autism through personalized ABA strategies in their homes.

We are looking for experienced independent contractors to serve as Instructor Therapists in Brampton and surrounding areas. You'll collaborate with a Senior Therapist to implement ABA sessions, ensuring each child's Individualized Service Plan is met. Flexibility for after-school or weekend hours is essential, along with excellent communication skills to engage effectively with families.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement individualized ABA sessions as per client ISP
• Collect and graph session data for analysis




• Maintain regular communication with clients and team members
• Arrive prepared and on time for every session
• Follow feedback from RBA to drive client success

Requirements:
• Minimum of 6 months relevant experience
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Degree or diploma in related field
• Access to reliable transportation
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication
