Join BayCare's compassionate team as a full time Registered Nurse in the Neuro/Trauma ICU, working nights at St. Joseph's Hospital in Tampa, Florida. Your expertise will support critical care patients every third weekend commitment.

This role requires an experienced RN with a diploma, associate’s, or bachelor's in nursing. You will monitor patient vitals, coordinate discharge planning, and respond to emergencies. High emotional intelligence is essential as you simplify complex medical information for patients, ensuring they feel cared for and understood.

Key Responsibilities:
• Independently care for ICU patients using clinical standards
• Delegate care activities to healthcare team members
• Monitor, record, and update patient assessments




• Identify changes in patients' medical conditions
• Respond swiftly to medical emergencies in critical situations

Requirements:
• Current RN License from an accredited body
• One year ICU experience in an Acute Care setting
• BLS and ACLS certifications from recognized organizations
• Preferred: Bachelor's in Nursing Degree
• Willingness to work every third weekend
