Join SCC as a Senior Policy Analyst focused on International Policy and leverage your expertise to foster collaboration. This role emphasizes stakeholder engagement and strategic initiative management.
In this impactful position, you will lead international policy development, providing critical support for SCC's corporate initiatives. Your responsibilities will include cultivating valuable stakeholder relationships and offering strategic counsel tailored to their goals. By partnering with both internal teams and external entities, you will drive significant policy advancements that align with Canada's interests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead engagements with stakeholders, including government and industry representatives
• Conduct comprehensive research on trade and regulatory policies
• Develop and implement project plans to deliver valuable services
• Negotiate agreements with public and private sector stakeholders
• Support policy committees as needed
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 5-10 years experience in standardization or strategic policy
• Expertise in stakeholder engagement and relationship building
• Solid analytical and report writing skills
• Must obtain Secret security clearance
