Support individuals facing employment barriers as an Outreach Support Worker with Quint Development Corporation in Saskatoon. This full time position entails building connections and aiding participant success.

In this Outreach Support Worker role, you will engage with participants at 40 hours per week. Your responsibilities will include facilitating onboarding and helping participants craft strategies for achieving their goals. Additionally, you will connect them with vital community resources, certifications, and skill development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in participant hiring, onboarding, and intake
• Identify goals and develop action plans for success
• Provide coaching and accountability for participants




• Coordinate access to community education and training
• Maintain accurate case files and participant records

Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in social services
• Understanding of poverty and community resources
• Knowledge of Harm Reduction principles is a plus
• A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
• Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Check
