Trane Technologies invites recent graduates to apply for its full-time Graduate Training Program. Over 15 weeks, you will immerse yourself in various aspects of construction project management, learning from skilled professionals in a supportive environment. This role prepares you for the Associate Contracting Project Manager position upon successful completion of your training.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute project plans and align with stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers
• Oversee project implementation and administration




• Ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and scope
• Deliver innovative, energy-efficient building solutions

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required (Construction or related fields)
• Understanding of construction management methods
• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
• Must be open to travel for training
