Managing a team of up to 6, you will directly engage with clients to design and implement scalable solutions, incorporating AI tools throughout the development lifecycle. Your role involves being a hands-on contributor while guiding team growth and success through performance feedback and career development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage value creation and applications projects
• Develop custom solutions and APIs tailored to client needs




• Mentor team members and support their career development
• Collaborate closely with business technical teams
• Drive architectural discussions and technical decisions

Requirements:
• 7+ years of experience in software engineering (Python, .NET, etc.)
• 2+ years of team management experience
• Solid experiences with APIs and distributed systems
• Comfort with AI-assisted development practices
• Excellent capacity for coaching and mentorship
