As the Dental Concierge, you'll be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our patients. Your role includes optimizing the scheduling of appointments, supporting patient communication regarding treatment and billing, and assisting the clinical team for effective operations. Your adaptability and organizational skills will enable a seamless patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome patients in-person, over the phone, and via email
• Manage daily schedules and last-minute changes
• Provide thorough explanations of treatment and payment options




• Maintain up-to-date patient records and billing information
• Collaborate with clinical staff for efficient workflow

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year in administrative or customer-facing roles
• Experience in a dental/healthcare setting is preferred
• Familiarity with software like AbelDent is a plus
