Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and refine fabrication processes for photonic devices
• Own wafer lots processed at foundry partners
• Execute process improvement experiments and define splits
• Create metrology and failure analysis strategies
• Collaborate with internal and external photonics engineers
Requirements:
• PhD in relevant scientific fields
• Proven experience in integrated photonics and fabrication processes
• Familiarity with standard metrology and failure analysis techniques
• Proficiency in coding and data analysis tools
• Willing to travel up to 20% of the time
