Reporting to the Integrated Planning & Production Superintendent, you'll play a vital role in developing and executing water management strategies at our Logan Lake operation. This full-time position requires a motivated individual with robust analytical skills in water resource planning and compliance oversight. Take charge of mentoring a skilled team while providing risk management and infrastructure planning expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
• Foster a culture of safety and environmental compliance
• Oversee and direct water modelling initiatives
• Lead water risk assessments and planning integration
• Develop relationships with operational and technical staff
• Manage consultant deliverables and performance tracking
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in water resources, civil, or environmental engineering
• 10+ years of relevant experience in water management
• Strong foundation in water modelling and design
• Eligible for P. Eng. registration with EGBC
• Proven leadership capabilities with robust communication skills
