This role combines hands-on structural design with the opportunity to mentor an engineering team. You will ensure code compliance, collaborating with project and sales teams to deliver comprehensive engineered solutions. A valid P.Eng designation is necessary for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop code-compliant designs and documentation for bridges
• Mentor and guide a robust engineering team
• Work closely with Sales and Operations for project delivery




• Certify designs using valid P.Eng credentials
• Apply AutoCAD, Solidworks, and RISA in project execution

Requirements:
• Must hold a Canadian Professional Engineer designation (P.Eng)
• Experience with Canadian standards for bridge projects
• Strong background in structural steel installations
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Previous work as Engineer of Record is preferred
