Reporting to the Executive Director, your mission will be to advance the College's mission while ensuring regulatory compliance and effective operations. With a focus on building and implementing programs, your role will help align academic initiatives with Métis values and community requirements. Strong relationship-building skills will enhance partnerships that support institutional goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct the establishment and ongoing operations of the College
• Implement academic programs and services
• Monitor and improve operational performance




• Engage with industry and community partners for program development
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and funding standards

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s is an asset
• At least seven years of progressive leadership experience
• Experience with Indigenous education frameworks
• Robust project management and analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication capabilities
