Join RED Mountain Resort as a Ski Instructor for the Winter 2026/27 season. Teach guests of all ages through engaging and safe lessons tailored to their skills.

This position includes both full-time and part-time opportunities for ski and snowboard instructors. You will provide fun and professional lessons to individuals and groups, including school classes and holiday camps. Responsibilities encompass assessing students' progress and fostering a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct protected and enjoyable ski/snowboard lessons
• Maintain exceptional guest service throughout each lesson
• Attend required meetings and training sessions
• Arrive on time for scheduled lessons, prepared to teach
• Provide constructive feedback to students and parents

Requirements:
• Flexibility to work 2-5 days a week, including weekends
• Friendly and patient demeanor, especially with children
• Ability to meet physical demands of the role
• Certifications such as CASI or CSIA required
• Dual certifications in both skiing and snowboarding are a plus
