Pinnacle Lifestyles is seeking enthusiastic individuals for the seasonal Grounds & Maintenance Team. This essential role involves maintaining resort landscaping and facilities, ensuring guests enjoy a safe and immaculate environment. Full time and part-time roles require flexibility for weekends and holidays throughout the summer.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure grounds are presentable to Pinnacle standards
• Conduct site clean-ups following guest departures
• Execute landscaping activities including watering and weeding
• Assist in property improvements and maintenance tasks
• Provide excellent support to guests
Requirements:
• 2 years of general maintenance or landscaping experience
• Knowledge of using small garden equipment
• High attention to detail and strong time management skills
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs
• Flexible for evening and weekend shifts
