This role involves supporting the network security operations team in executing high-level technical tasks and developing proactive security strategies. You'll engage with existing customer challenges while enhancing critical infrastructure through effective monitoring and problem resolution. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver technical support for network security, including ZTNA
• Write and manage change requests in the operations framework
• Design network infrastructure meeting SLA requirements
• Create network diagrams and documentation for monitoring tools
• Engage in 24/7 support rotation for critical infrastructure
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in technology-related field
• 5+ years in IP-based environments
• Proficiency in next-gen firewalls and DDoS systems
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
• Networking certifications are a plus
