In the Assistant Director of Care position, you will support and guide our nursing team while collaborating with the Director of Care. You will ensure compliance with regulations while implementing evidence-based practices that prioritize resident rights. Your leadership will play a crucial role in fostering a supportive workplace and improving care outcomes for residents.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide daily leadership to nursing staff and registered teams
• Oversee clinical audits and maintain documentation compliance




• Develop and implement clinical policies aligned with best practices
• Facilitate training and support for Nurse Managers and staff
• Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:
• Active Registered Nurse certification in Ontario
• At least two years of managerial experience
• Solid knowledge of electronic health records
• Understanding of evidence-based clinical practices
• Commitment to promoting individuals’ rights and safety
