In this full time position, you will be the face of DUCA, delivering exceptional service as you assist members with their financial inquiries. The focus will be on enhancing member satisfaction, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to grow our business through effective engagement. Your contribution will be essential in maintaining our commitment to 'profits with a purpose.'

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate member interactions across various communication platforms
• Recognize and act on cross-sell opportunities




• Assist with online banking setups and transactions
• Ensure first-contact resolution for inquiries
• Meet and exceed productivity and quality service levels

Requirements:
• A related post-secondary education or keen interest in finance
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Expertise in customer service or financial services
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational abilities
