This position within the Rights and Title Department is crucial for advancing the Nation’s referral management initiatives. You will report directly to the Senior Manager and work collaboratively across departments and external agencies. Leading a team of Referral Analysts, you’ll ensure projects align with the Nation's rights, title, and environmental priorities while fostering strong stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Directly supervise Referral Analysts and support staff
• Implement referral strategy and track performance metrics
• Coordinate complex project planning and resource allocation
• Manage budgets and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
• 7-10 years of experience in consultation
• At least 3 years in a leadership position
• Proven success in intergovernmental relations
• Solid project management skills
