Your role involves assessing and advising mothers on breastfeeding while working alongside other health professionals. Key Responsibilities:
• Educate current mothers on breastfeeding techniques
• Assist with resolving breastfeeding challenges
• Facilitate the initiation and maintenance of lactation




• Keep accurate patient records and monitor outcomes
• Collaborate with nursing staff on breastfeeding care

Requirements:
• Current Registered Nurse registration with BCCNM
• Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC)
• Minimum 2 years of neonatal or perinatal nursing experience
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
