As the Lead, Coaching for the Faculty Academic Coaching Program, you’ll design sustainable coaching already in use within the MD curriculum and mentor Faculty Academic Coaches. Collaborate with various departments to ensure a cohesive integration of coaching and educational practices. This position requires a deep commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion in learner support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design an effective coaching program for MD learners
• Recruit and oversee Faculty Academic Coaches’ training
• Develop structures that enhance the coaching experience
• Collaborate with course leadership to integrate coaching
• Conduct evaluations to improve program outcomes
Requirements:
• Must hold a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree
• Completion of coaching certification necessary
• detailed experience in medical education coaching
• Knowledge of competency-based educational frameworks
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities
