Must haves:
3+ years of relevant UX Design experience working on complex digital products/projects.
Solid experience with Figma .
Extensive knowledge of mobile-first and responsive design .
Experience with user research and usability testing .
Strong experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and journey maps.
Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies .
Strong stakeholder communication, presentation, facilitation, and relationship management skills.
Experience with UX/design tools such as Sketch, InVision, Axure, Adobe Creative Cloud, Zeplin, or JustInMind .
Experience with Service Design frameworks and design systems is highly valued.
Nice to Have
Knowledge of Discovery, Alpha, Beta, Live (DABL) delivery methodology.
Accessibility/AODA experience.
Degree/diploma in Graphic Design, UX, HCI, Usability, or a related field.
