Join SGS as a Laboratory Technician, dedicated to accurate testing and certification. This position includes afternoons and weekends, focusing on various laboratory procedures and safety protocols.

In this role, you will engage in multiple decomposition methods, create reagents, and maintain quality control standards. With a preference for candidates with a degree in chemistry, you will verify equipment calibrations and document results meticulously. Your contributions will help drive the integrity of SGS’s global testing services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute decomposition and leaching protocols according to SGS standards
• Organize and clean lab equipment and workspace
• Report any issues encountered in procedures to supervisors




• Complete work documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Notify supervisors of low consumable inventory

Requirements:
• Minimum High school diploma; chemistry background preferred
• 0-3 years of experience in a lab setting
• Detail-oriented with excellent record-keeping skills
• Ability to adhere to safety protocols and procedures
• Must be available for shifts including evenings and weekends
