In this position, you will protect the welfare of those receiving licensed services by executing comprehensive investigations of maltreatment allegations. You’ll evaluate compliance with state and federal laws, crafting detailed reports and defending findings in administrative processes. Relationship management with diverse stakeholders is key to this role’s success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct detailed investigations on licensing violations
• Create public summaries of maltreatment findings




• Represent departmental actions in administrative hearings
• Collaborate with partners to maintain positive relationships
• Incur up to 50% travel for investigations

Requirements:
• Minimum of three years utilizing investigative techniques
• Experience in compliance monitoring with legal frameworks
• Ability to analyze and summarize investigation data
• Excellent writing and technical skills for reporting
• Must possess a valid driver's license
