Active Start Childcare is seeking Educators for our Preschool and OSC programs. Candidates must have a solid understanding of child development, excellent engagement skills, and the ability to multitask. A commitment to fostering a nurturing environment is essential, as is the maintainance of strong communication with families.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide a safe and engaging environment for young children
• Plan and implement age-appropriate developmental activities
• Build respectful relationships with children and families




• Observe and document children's progress and communicate findings
• Maintain cleanliness according to Alberta Health Services regulations

Requirements:
• Alberta Early Childhood Educator Level 1, 2, or 3 certification
• Previous childcare experience in a licensed setting
• Current Standard First Aid & CPR Level C certification
• Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
