As a full-time Nurse Practitioner, you will work evenings at Mount St. Joseph Hospital, delivering urgent care to diverse patient populations. Your responsibilities will include comprehensive assessments, collaborative treatment planning, and prescription management under regulatory standards. You'll also have protected time for quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and manage acute health conditions in patients
• Collaborate with physicians and health professionals for care
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans




• Educate patients and families on health issues and outcomes
• Evaluate clinical practices and mentor healthcare staff

Requirements:
• Registration as a Nurse Practitioner in British Columbia
• Relevant clinical nursing experience, especially in emergencies
• Completion of Basic Cardiac Life Support Course Level C
• Ability to assess trends in population health
• Strong skills in communication and team leadership
