UJA Federation of Greater Toronto is looking for a Senior Vice President of Planning Operations to lead its operational infrastructure and coordination systems. This role will manage the flow of critical shared services and the granting process while supporting a $90M+ portfolio. You will collaborate with teams to streamline operations and ensure that planners can focus on their core mission of community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Hold the cross-portfolio view to stimulate efficiency
• Manage operational standards across planning activities
• Liaise with Finance, Marketing,



and other shared services
• Design and implement standardized granting processes
• Identify potential risks and dependencies across portfolios

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or similar preferred
• 12–15 years of operations experience in multi-portfolio environments
• Proven leadership in managing teams
• Strong financial report management skills
• Ability to prioritize in a quick-paced setting
