Reporting to the Program Manager, your role involves collaborating with community partners to deliver innovative programs at local sites. You will also manage budgets and resources effectively, nurturing youth from the community.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily programming and youth activities
• Maintain detailed logs of participant incidents
• Supervise team leaders and staff during programs
• Foster communication with families and stakeholders
• Uphold safety standards throughout programming

Requirements:
• Certification in First Aid & CPR is required
• Explicit criminal reference check necessary
• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Experience with youth programs an asset
