Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee intellectual property valuations and fairness opinions
• Guide team deliverable development including reports and presentations




• Lead client management and stakeholder communication
• Prepare cash flow analyses and valuation models
• Conduct market and industry research on valuation multiples

Requirements:
• At least 4 years of experience in financial analysis/valuations
• Demonstrated leadership and relationship-building skills
• Effective mentoring and coaching abilities
• Willingness to travel as needed
