Key Responsibilities:
• Engage proactively with members to understand banking needs
• Complete deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments timely




• Educate clients on available financial products and mobile tools
• Assist team members with various tasks
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:
• High School Diploma; post-secondary education preferred
• 1-3 years of related customer service experience
• Excellent multitasking and communication abilities
• Preferred knowledge of banking services and products
• Detail-oriented with strong mathematical skills
