BD Diesel Performance is seeking a Transmission Technician Level I for its Transmission Department. This full-time role takes place Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. You will engage in core picking, teardown, and painting operations, working closely with senior personnel to enhance your skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform parts cleaning and transmission core picking
• Tear down, inspect, and prepare transmission surfaces
• Paint and finish casings and accessories
• Train new and existing team members as needed
• Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment and tooling

Requirements:
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 49lbs manually
• Experience with basic hand tools in production
• Self-motivated and positive attitude
