This position reports to the Vice President, Legal, and collaborates with a dynamic team across various areas of the business. The Legal Counsel provides strategic guidance on regulatory matters, health, safety, employment, and Indigenous relations. Ideal candidates will have extensive legal experience and play a significant role in cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Offer strategic legal advice on regulatory issues
• Track emerging regulatory policies and changes
• Provide support on health and safety matters
• Guide Indigenous relations and consultations
• Handle litigation and employment legal affairs

Requirements:
• At least 10 years of legal practice
• In-depth understanding of oil and gas regulations
• Familiarity with regulations in Alberta and/or BC
• Experience with Indigenous relationship building
• Solid collaborative and business judgment skills
