In this Plant Accountant role, you will take full ownership of the accounting functions for an assigned manufacturing facility. Your responsibilities will include preparation of financial reports, detailed variance analysis, and ensuring compliance with both internal controls and corporate strategies. Engage with Operations Managers and corporate departments to enhance financial efficiency and reporting accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee P&L; and Balance Sheet for the plant
• Coordinate month-end and yearly financial closes




• Conduct variance analysis for comprehensive reporting
• Prepare and present monthly budget forecasts
• Manage and verify accuracy of inventory and fixed assets

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• Minimum 4 years in a manufacturing setting
• CPA, CMA, or Master's degree preferred
• Robust analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure
