Oversee end-to-end project management, from the receipt of the Purchase Order to the successful delivery and final acceptance by the customer Define project requirements to ensure alignment with customer needs and develop detailed project plans, including milestones, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management Supervise and delegate project tasks across Project Engineers and cross-functional teams (logistics, purchasing, IT, GI,…) ensuring efficient task distribution and execution Oversee purchasing and supplier assignments, ensuring timely procurement of materials and services required for project success Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting customer requirements and quality standards Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and expectations throughout the project lifecycle Write technical reports and communicate progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders, both internally and externally on a regular basis Continuously drive process improvements and best practices in project management Requirements

Minimum a bachelor´s degree in engineering 3+ years of experience in project management within the energy, renewable energy (solar PV, wind, and/or battery storage) or industrial automation sectors Proven track record of successfully delivering commercial & industrial (C&I;) and/or utility-scale projects Demonstrated ability to manage projects end-to-end, from initiation through delivery, while balancing scope, schedule,



and financial constraints Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholders while maintaining high-quality standards Customer-oriented mindset, with a strong focus on understanding client needs and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle Fluency in written and spoken English We conduct pre-employment background screening Core Competencies
