Bandstra Transportation Systems is a well-established transportation and logistics company providing dedicated LTL & TL, van and deck service across Western Canada. We are currently seeking an experienced, Warehouse Worker for our Edmonton operations. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 11:00am to close with overtime available.

The Role

We are looking for a seasoned Warehouse Worker who naturally takes ownership, sets the pace on the floor, and raises the standard for safety, efficiency, and accountability. You will play a key role in ensuring freight moves accurately, safely, and on schedule while supporting overall dock performance. This role will provide day-to-day leadership support and may have the opportunity to earn a lead hand premium as responsibilities evolve.

Responsibilities include:

- Operating lift trucks (forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Ensuring freight is handled accurately and secured properly
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse
- Working both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions




- Supporting overall dock productivity and workflow

- Experience in a warehouse environment
- Class 5 driver’s license
- Experience loading outbound trailers
- Physically capable of lifting up to 70 lbs
- Solid English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening
