Job Requirements
Bachelor Degree in any field; experience in customer service
Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English (spoken, written)
Good communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
Basic computer skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Job Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and service requests via phone, email, and in person.
Communicate with Mandarin- and Cantonese‑speaking customers to understand their needs.




Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
Manage appointments, service documentation, and follow‑ups.
Resolve customer issues and maintain high customer satisfaction.
