As the Director of Preconstruction, your mission is to develop competitive, actionable project strategies while ensuring thorough estimating and planning processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align preconstruction efforts with TNDC’s strategic goals, promoting safety and operational excellence throughout.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement preconstruction processes tailored to project needs
• Oversee the preparation of competitive project estimates
• Collaborate on construction methodologies and logistics
• Monitor performance against project plans and assumptions




• Build relationships with clients and industry partners

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management
• Minimum 15 years in heavy civil or industrial environments
• Proven leadership in estimating and project delivery
• Familiarity with HeavyBid and construction scheduling tools
• Experience in Indigenous partnership projects preferred
