Your leadership is crucial to developing sustainable housing solutions for First Nations individuals and families in Ontario.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee mission-driven housing programs and policies
• Manage annual budgets and financial controls
• Ensure timely reporting to the Chiefs
• Foster solid partnerships with First Nations and stakeholders
• Lead program assessments and approvals for housing projects
Requirements:
• Minimum 8-10 years in senior housing leadership
• Post-secondary education in relevant fields preferred
• Proven experience managing large budgets
• Excellent relationship-building abilities
• Familiarity with Indigenous governance and housing funding
