Work as a Tenant Support Worker at Lookout Housing and Health Society, providing essential assistance to adults navigating housing challenges. Available for various shifts, this position plays a vital role in tenant advocacy and support services.

You will report to the Site Manager and work closely with individuals, delivering comprehensive support to help achieve greater independence. This casual position involves tenant assessments, service planning, and maintaining essential records to ensure a successful living arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage tenant intakes and assessments effectively
• Develop and implement tailored service plans
• Monitor and ensure basic needs are satisfied




• Maintain proper documentation and statistical data
• Support and guide volunteers and practicum students

Requirements:
• Diploma in Community Social Service is essential
• At least two years of relevant experience is preferred
• Criminal Record Clearance for Vulnerable Sector is necessary
• Class 5 BC Drivers’ License as needed
• Proven ability to work with diverse populations
