The Shop Labourer at Amrize will be involved in various essential tasks that support shop and yard operations. This role includes assisting trades personnel, operating tools safely, and managing inventory. You will also engage in preventative maintenance and uphold the highest safety standards as you work collaboratively within the team to complete projects on time.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain shop and work area cleanliness and organization
• Safely operate forklifts and other machinery
• Assist with repairs and project tasks
• Support material organization and transportation
• Contribute to good maintenance practices

Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a construction or mechanical setting is a plus
• Valid driver's license required
• Basic computer skills are beneficial
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently
