Lead proposal efforts as a Business Development Proposal Manager with The Townline Group in British Columbia. Manage pre-qualification, RFQ, and RFP processes to support business growth.

In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with the Townline Construction and TL Housing Solutions teams to drive new business generation and ensure exceptional proposal quality. Your leadership will guide a diverse team while nurturing relationships with clients and consultants. Exceptional technical writing and organizational skills will be critical to present compelling proposals that align with the company's values.

Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and manage proposal pre-qualification, RFQ, and RFP activities
• Collaborate on marketing strategies and compliance




• Mentor and lead team members in proposal assembly
• Develop timelines for proposal submissions
• Ensure brand integrity across all marketing initiatives

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in Real Estate or similar field
• Post-secondary degree in Marketing or related field
• Robust management and communication abilities
• Proven capability in handling competing priorities
• Highly effective in technical writing and proposal production
