As a key team member, you will issue insurance products, guide clients on coverage options, and partner with teams for ideal policy recommendations. Achieving sales targets while meeting customer needs will be pivotal in this role, along with maintaining proper documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Independently issue and manage insurance products
• Assist customers with policy renewals and recommendations
• Work with underwriting for the best coverage options
• Meet sales goals while ensuring excellent member experiences
• Keep customer accounts updated and processed accordingly

Requirements:
• 1–2 years of insurance experience, especially in homeowner insurance
• Level 1 or Level 2 insurance license required
• Completion of Autoplan Essentials
• Confidence with technology and MS Office
• Bonus: CAIB certification or multilingual skills
